Melissa R. Knight, LCSW provides comprehensive, professional, and efficient case evaluation for both Criminal and Civil cases involving child sexual abuse allegations. As an objective and experienced forensic interviewer, evaluator, and mental health professional, Mrs. Knight is able to provide assistance to attorneys for the Prosecution or Defense.

She has been qualified as an expert in both Chancery and Circuit Courts Mississippi, Circuit Courts in Northwest Alabama, and has provided expert consultation for cases in Southwest and Northeast Tennessee. She is available as an expert witness, case consult, or as an aide in preparing for hearings and trial. She has been qualified as an expert in the following areas:

Fees for case evacuation and/or expert testimony are based on the case. A retainer may be required to review case file documents. Fees for preparation, court appearance, case review, etc. are $150 per hour plus mileage and expenses.
